The instruments and equipment shall meet the accuracy requirements and be within the validity period of verification. 3.3.3 the quality acceptance of subdivisional works shall be carried out on the basis that the elevator installation unit has passed the self inspection. 3.3.4 the quality of subdivisional works shall be inspected and accepted according to the main control items and general items respectively. 3.3.5 after the elevator installation unit passes the inspection, the concealed works shall be notified to the relevant units for inspection and acceptance before concealment, and the acceptance documents shall be formed. 4 general provisions 4.1 when the counterweight (balance weight) frame has a reverse rope sheave, the reverse rope sheave should be equipped with protective devices and rope retaining devices. 4.2 counterweight (counterweight) block shall be fixed reliably. 5 construction preparation 5.1 requirements for mobilization acceptance and retest of materials, finished products, semi-finished products, components and fittings 5.1.1 the specification of counterweight (counterweight) frame shall meet the design requirements, be complete, firm, and free of distortion and damage. 5.1.2 the specification, quality and quantity of counterweight (counterweight) guide shoes and screws for fixing guide shoes shall meet the requirements. 5.1.3 the adjusting gasket shall meet the requirements. 5.2 construction machines and tools, equipment, construction site requirements 5.2.1 main machines and tools: chain fall, steel wire rope buckle, timber. 5.2.2 operation conditions: 1. The electric welding handle wire and lighting wire in the shaft are well arranged, and there is a convenient operation site. 6 construction process 6.1 process flow: preparation before hoisting → hoisting of counterweight (counterweight) frame in place → installation and adjustment of counterweight (counterweight) guide shoe → installation and fixation of counterweight (counterweight) block. 6.2 preparations before hoisting: 6.2.1 set up an operation platform at the corresponding position on the scaffold (subject to the convenience of hoisting the counterweight (counterweight) frame and loading the lump) (Fig. 6.2.1).
